A mom ... & a beautiful little gal name Kay (whom we refer to as Kay Kay) -- along with a wonderful dad, 2 cats, & a dog -- sharing what we experience as family living in the East Bay/Delta part of California -- family fun places, restaurant reviews, vacations, and day trips
Also, Kay's newly diagnosed with moderate gluten allergies, so we're learning new recipes, trying new foods, and are on the search for gluten friendly eateries in the area
